On July 7th, Mike and I got married! It was the best day of my life! And I finally got around to uploading some photos!
These two pictures were the decor for our sweetheart table. I made the table card holders using ceramic potters and plates. Yup, the lemons and clementines were real! You should have seen the look on the women’s face at Stop & Shop when I bought ~$150 worth!
I got the glass vases and table number holders from Lunar Bazaar (Great cheap glassware!)
As a candle lover, I made sure that candles were part of my decor! I used the Ashland candles from Michael’s in pinks, oranges, and yellows (any shade as long as it was a fruity scent, preferably citrus). The one pictured above was Strawberry Vanilla, one of the crowd favorites!
It’s hard to see, but all the tables were named after Boston Bruins players!
This was our gift table. I fell in love with this bird cage I found at AC Moore.
In addition to having a traditional guest book, I also got this tree from Etsy. Guests put their initials on the leaves!
Our cake was from Wright’s Dairy Farm…a Rhode Island hot spot for baked goods! One layer was white cake, one was yellow cake with strawberries, and the other was marble with chocolate filling!
Our ceremony was outside…it was so hot that day! By 10am, it was already 95!
We had a HUGE wedding party! I had 10 bridesmaid and Mike had 8 groomsmen!
Instead of bouquets, by girls had wrist corsages and held parasols. 🙂
And of course, Jenna (the other YankeeCandleSister) was my Maid of Honor!
