I’ve been in Texas the last few days, which means it’s still summer in my head. I wanted to get in the Christmas mood, so I thought: why not try Cascading Snowberry, one of Yankee Candle’s new holiday 2017 scents?
The Scent: I am loving this Christmas blend of pine, snow, and winter berries. The most dominant note is a fresh, yet sweet, evergreen, which is balanced by an icy-snow note (think Sparkling Snow with more ice and less of that fresh soap scent) and a red berry note. It is really nice. A-
The Throw: The throw is a light-medium with periods of a medium throw. It is detectable, and did gently fill my living room, but it could benefit from being a notch or two stronger. B-
Overall, Cascading Snowberry is certainly a Christmas-winter scent that I am enjoying!
