All is Bright: Yankee Candle

all-is-bright.jpgAll is Bright is a newer Yankee Candle holiday scent (I think it came out last year or the year before that). I haven’t tried it yet, so I picked up a tart during my last trip to Yankee Candle. This was a nice scent… but I have no idea why it is a holiday scent besides the name!

The Scent: This is a fresh and bright citrus scent. It reminds me of something that I can’t place my memory on. It is definitely a clean and crisp orange, grapefruit, and lemon-based citrus with a touch of warmth. It is both energizing and smoothing. The only way I can describe its is fresh and clean. A-

The Throw: The throw on this tart was wonderful! I’d say a medium to a medium-strong. It immediately filled up my living room with a consistently detectable scent that never faded away, but was not so powerful it induced headaches. I could even smell it many hours after I turned off the tart warmer! A

Overall, I loved All is Bright. It is a powerhouse citrus scent that I really enjoyed. I could burn this year-round, especially since there really isn’t anything Christmas-like about it!

  1. Thank you for this review. I think I’ve got a melt somewhere. I must find it now I’ve read your review. Sounds just the type I like. Strong throw !

  2. This IS a wonderful scent. I think the thought behind this one is more “new year’s” than Christmas (think champagne or sparkling wine)… 🙂

  3. Hurrah… I’ve found my melt and I’m burning it now. I agree it’s a lovely scent. I’ve just discovered that it’s scent of the month for December at my local store at a reduced price. I’m going to get one for myself and one for my daughter to put in her Christmas Pressie bag.
