The Mid-Atlantic has been in a wicked heat wave! It’s so hot, I almost don’t want to be lighting any candles…almost. Continuing on my fruity kick, I decided to melt a tart of Pineapple Cilantro, one of my favorite summer time scents from Yankee Candle.
The Scent: The pineapple is sweet and acidic and accented by a hint of citrus from the cilantro (at least that’s what I get). It is definitely a fruit-based scent that screams summer, almost like pineapple slushie with a sprig of cilantro. A
The Throw: Sheer perfection! This tart had a strong throw that almost instantly filled up my living room. It is a scent that you will constantly be smelling, but it never gets too over-bearing. This is one of the best throws on a tart I’ve tried all year! A+
Pineapple Cilantro continues to be one of my ‘go-to’ summer scents. I hope Yankee Candle never retires this one!
